Slow but steady...

I lost another 1.4 pounds yesterday and boy was I happy. Last weekend I gained when going out so this week I changed my strategy. I brought along a chicken I had cooked and an orange. I ordered a salad and added my own chicken and part of the orange to the salad. I drank lots of tea and water. It paid off I'm glad to say. Last week my sister lost and I didn't on that day. This week she didn't see any change and I did. I guess that goes to show you that you have to only think about your own weight loss and not compare it to others. Everyone loses at different rates and times. I think my biggest problem this time was a very bad cold and lots of sleepless nights. Then on top of that TOM hit viciously! I woke up today and I could tell I had lost weight I just felt smaller! I think I was retaining water as well. Hopefully I will continue to have a great losing week now that I'm feeling better and sleeping!!
