My Beginning Stats
Well I started my 500 cal diet today. I weighted this morning and I was 197.6.
Chest 43
Waist 37
Stomach 46
Hips 44
Thigh L. 261/2 R. 26
On the 1st day of my shots it did sting. The second day didn't hurt at all, but this morning I guess I did something different because the needle hurt(a little). I haven't had any problems that I have noticed. I wasn't really hungry the second day and knew I had to load up, but it was hard! Boy that is a really weird thing to see me write. I have never had that problem. Today I did really well at work. I was only a little tempted by the kids cookies at snack time. I wasn't hungry just had to think about it. I did get real hungry about 5 but it was OK because I got dinner ready to eat fast. The hardest part is cooking for my kids and not tasting it. I did eat one pasta noodle to see if it was ready. Hope that doesn't stop my weight loss. I will have to be more careful about making them dinner. I need to really get it though my head somehow not to forget.
I had a spinach and chicken salad for lunch and I had an orange for a snack about 10 in the morning. For dinner I had Maui Maui fish grilled and white asparagus. I wasn't real excited about the asparagus, but the fish was great! I was still wanting something else and remembered that I can have a melba toast. So I'm eating that with a bottle of water. Later tonight I plan on having an apple. My sister eats them with apple pie spice and sweetener. I like it that was even off a diet!
I can't wait to get on the scale tomorrow!! I'm a little scared though because I am afraid I won't see a loss!!
