Ups and downs
Down a pound then up .5 of a pound. I'm really lucky it wasn't more since I ate a few cookies. My daughter found a recipe for a red velvet cookie and made them. I couldn't resist!! Sorry, I'm so weak! I will continue to diet and try to get back on track! Until later, keep your chin up and mouth closed:)

I started the diet on 09/20 at 169 pounds. I am at 163 pounds today. However, I am stuck on 163 for 2 days now. Any suggestions?
