Yikes, new start weight!
Oh boy I really did it this time! My start weight this time is 192.6. I had just made it under 179 on my last injection weight! That's almost 14 pounds I have packed on! Oh well, today is a new day and I will start the weight loss over again. I need to measure myself tonight also so I will have a start on that again. I know I'm still smaller size wise because my clothes don't reflect the large weight gain.
I was so hungry this morning, I think it is a lot in my head. I'm not usually hungry in the mornings. I am going to have to overcome my mental process of eating more and whenever I want. I don't have to be hungry to eat. I'll keep you posted. Nite!

I just started the injections on 9-3 with a starting weight of 190. I am also a teacher, so lets form a PLC and do this together. We can stick to this, I am also hungry in the morning but focus on the events of the day to stave off the pangs. Keep it up.
