Wed. Sept. 3

Well it has been a wild week. The Hurricane has caused all kinds of disruptions in the state. The Governor closed all of our schools and it has made things hard since we just got started. The rain is depressing and it has knocked out the electricity for a lot of us. I live in the upper part of the state so we get lots of people running from the storm. It makes everything harder to do when you double the population of an area. I'm just thankful that it wasn't as bad as they thought it would be.
I was going to start back on my diet the 2nd. I started eating like I was going on the diet on the 1st, then TOM hit and I decided to hold off for a few days. I have still continued to eat like I'm starting the diet. I will regret it because I know I'm gaining. I have been a chicken and not got on the scales. Tomorrow I will start the medicine and continue to eat what I want. I plan on doing the 40 day diet so I will be finished by Thanksgiving and can take a 6 week break from Thanksgiving to New Years. Then start again. I have been off the diet long enough to actually be looking forward to starting again. Well I'll keep ya'll updated!
