Yikes, I've been gone so long!

I don't know how the time got away from me! I guess with the holiday I just got lazy! I have really messed up over the 4th holiday! I was like an alcoholic on a binge! I woke up this morning so puffed up my face was tight! I'm probably retaining 5 to 8 pounds of water! See to make everything worse Aunt Flo came for the holiday binge! I have been pushing water and getting back on the low cal. diet today so hopefully tomorrow will see a big drop and at least get me close to my pre-binge weight! Hope everyone had a great holiday and didn't mess up like me! I go to the doctor tomorrow and get my new cholesterol levels! Hope they are better and they don't want to put me on meds. I'm not ready to do that!
