Steady
Last night we had quite the storm! We ended up with no electricity for about 5 or 6 hours! Luckily, it was bring a cool front in and it wasn't to unbearable in the house. I have been steady this weekend. No gain, no loss! I am planing to keep going for the 43 day round because on the 20th we are going on vacation and I want to be on the atkins part. Well I guess that's it for today. Got to go make some dinner for the family.

Ah! i absolutly hate it when the power goes off for long periods of time, lucky it was only 6 hours for you.
