Help, I'm getting discouraged!!
Well, here goes! Saturday my sister and I go on our weekly shopping trip together. She is also on this protocol but has already lost about 50 pounds and is about 40 pounds lighter than me! So we take my two girls out to eat and she and I have a chicken salad. Yes, I did eat 1/2 of an olive and she didn't but other wise we had the same thing. She had oranges for fruit and I had apples that day. We decided that the chicken was probably equal to the whole days meat allowance so we wouldn't eat any that evening. The next day I get on the scales and what to my horror do I see but a gain of .6. I call my sister knowing she must have had trouble too. But NOOOOO, she lost a whole pound. Sunday my sister said she had heard that some people are protein deficient so just eat meat all day and add about 2 oz extra of protein. I did and today I lost .2 pounds!! What is wrong!! Is this something that happens to others??? I am tyring so hard to do exactly what I'm suppose to. I was very down hearted today and my kindergartners had chocolate chip cookies for snacks today and I really wanted to eat them. I didn't because I have decided to work though these problems. Maybe my problems will help someone else! I would appreciate any helpful advice.

P.S. My HCG got here today. Now all I'm waiting for is my kit! Hope it gets here soon because I can't keep using my sister supply up!
