Good evening

Hope everyone had a great weekend. I have been having many emotional worries. I sometimes feel that I am on a tight rope! I eat when I'm worried and I hate myself for it. It just leads to more worries. Sometimes I would like to go to a counselor but that would cause more problems with money and time. Sorry to be such a downer just how I'm feeling now. I'll write more later maybe I'll be happier then:(

Hang in there Cheryl. I wish a free counselor had come with the protocol myself. Last week I had a tough time and I know I cried for a full day. But I can't keep letting things get me down. I hope you feel better soon.

hey i know how you feel, i talk to my friends but sometimes i know they just dont understand how an overweight person feels so recently i have found some forums and also the yahoo groups and i have made very good contacts with the people on their, we talk on the phone and since we are doing the same diet we understand each other.

Its not for eveyone but it helps me alot.

Cheryl, I understand your addiction. I use that term because that is what it is. Altering your mood with anything and not being able to control it is an addiction. Happily you can end it. I would recomend you investigate releiving what appears to be classic candida overgrowth, while reducing all refined carbs and starches to less than 50 grams per day. For the first week supplement with medium chain triglycerides such as coconut oil to help elevate your mood. Our brains love MCT's. Candida overgrowth can cause some serious funk with moods.

Give it a shot, you will be amazed. After 5 years of being lazy in the wake of my first daughter being born, I have recently put myself back on track and my attitute and mood, not to mention clarity hasn't been this good in a very very long time. I only wish I had done this much sooner.

Good luck.
