VLCD day 1 round 3
After loading 2 days I am starting at a weight of 194.6. After the 1st day on VLCD I have lost 3.8 pounds, so I'm at 190.8. I'm very happy with that, I hope it will continue.
I went for my physical today and I had to fast to get the blood work done. I ended up getting out of there at 12:30 and I was really light headed. I decided to eat a grilled chicken salad with an unsweetened tea. I was on the run to go get my daughter while eating and I forgot to check the tea before I left. Of Course it was sweet. I had to drink some just to keep from choking, but I tried to only drink a little. I guess that is why you need to be prepared when you go out. I thought I would be home long before that. I will be so upset if I don't lose tomorrow!
Yesterday I forgot to eat my fruits. I haven't been hungry at all. I wasn't hungry for lunch today but felt like I might pass out and didn't want to do that while driving. I have been eating grilled chicken so far and yesterday I had salad and for dinner I had grilled asparagus. Very satisfying! I guess that's why I forgot the fruit. I did eat fruit today I had an apple with apple pie spice on it and z-sweet. I have been drinking lots of water and tea. I had to get up several times during the night. I will be happy when my body gets use to the extra fluids.
