5 days and 8.6 pounds gone!
I'm down to 186 so I'm finally below my lowest of low weights! I haven't written since day 2 and on day 3 I lost 1.2 pounds. On day 3 I woke up and I felt HEAVY! I just felt terrible. I drank some water and waited until I went to the restroom 2 times before I would weigh. I did lose but only .4 of a pound. I thought oh no it's going to stop on me again. But I looked at the day before to see what might be doing this to me. I didn't drink much that day because I had a lot of places to go and I had eaten an apple with salt, z-sweet, and cinnamon. I think the combination or to little water and to much salt did it to me. So I worked really hard yesterday to drink all day and I switched to eating boiled shrimp, cabbage, and apples plain. This morning I saw my second best weight loss of 2 whole pounds! I am so excited! This is the first time I have written everything I put in my mouth down. I really think it is helping me to not cheat by even getting to much of my protein. Sometimes I would just guess how much the meat weighted and I think I may have eaten to much and I learned I can't be trusted with Melba toast! I will eat to many a day if I don't keep record. I have actually decided not to eat anymore! My last box is gone and I'm not buying any more. I also do have trouble drinking enough and I think it makes a big difference. I hope I have jinxed myself by bragging but I'm ready to get on that scale again tomorrow!
